CDoc Online

What is CDoc Online?

CDoc online is a virtual patient care web-based system that allows you to schedule, see, and bill for telemedicine visits and patient care and coordination.

How do I get access?

If you are a CyberMed Health Inc. EHR client, then the same user id and password that you use to sign on for EHR will work to allow you into the system. If you are not, then you will have been given access by your admin user.

How can I give access to CDoc Online to my staff/co-workers?

If they are existing users of the CyberMed EHR they can use the same credentials to enter. If not they can be set up in the "Account Settings" tab, under security, then edit/add user and enter all user details.

What can I do with CDoc Online?

Telemedicine visits, remote patient monitoring, and chronic care management. You can track the patients results from daily vital measurements and also know when the patient has missed any recordings/measurements. You can establish expected patient vital levels and if any vitals measure are out of range you can reach out to the patient and help them get any needed care.

Is CDoc Online safe?

CDoc is HIPAA compliant and secure.

What Operating System should I Use for CDoc Online?

It is web based so you can use any computer, tablet or smart phone to access.

Which browser should I use for CDoc Online?

We recommend Google Chrome for the best experience.

Can I send prescriptions through CDoc Online?

Yes, if you are set up for e-prescribe services you will be able to send them through CDoc.

How do I reset my password?

In the top right-hand corner of the dashboard there is a "Change Password" icon. Click on it and a pop-up box will appear. Enter the current password and the new password you wish to have.

How can I add a patient to the program?

Patients can be added from the Virtual Visit tab or the Care Management Tab. Under the Virtual Visit tab, navigate to Patient Search. Once there you will see a search box and on the right-hand side of that is an icon to "Add New". Click that and a new screen will appear allowing you to enter all patient details.

Will patients appear for both Virtual Care and Care Management?

Yes, once a patient is in the system, they can be found under any service line.

What CPT codes are supported in billing reports?

RPM codes of 99453, 99454, 99457 and 99458.

An EHR system has all of the following functionalities: patient history and demographics, patient problem lists, clinical notes, comprehensive list of patients' medications and allergies, computerized orders for prescriptions, and ability to view laboratory and imaging results electronically. CyberMed Health Inc. EHR also supports telehealth integration.

What is MIPS?

In health care, MIPS stands for the Merit-based Incentive Payment System, a new medical reimbursement framework. CyberMed Health Inc. EHR system supports CMS medicare MIPS reports.

What is the patient portal?

Patient Portal is a safe and secure website that will allow patients to access certain parts of their medical records. It allows you to: Manage your health 24/7, Access your own medical records, Make appointments online, and View latest lab results.

Where can I register?

Patients who wish to participate will be issued an account during their clinic visit. Please contact your primary doctor for additional information.
